The $20,000 Smile Together Partnership, launched by the Work Together Foundation of Korea aims to create locally-based sustainable jobs for low-income families, having already generated 6,478 jobs, while also alleviating child poverty and improving quality of life by providing support and education to over 90,000 disadvantaged children.

- Support includes
- Financial Support
- Social Enterprise/Organizations/NGOs – Growth Stage: up to USD 20,000
- Growth Stage: registered social enterprise who need scale up, growth revenues and/or market and RED for improving quality.
- Non-Financial Support
- Support and assistance to enhance the social impact (including technical resources, marketing support, and management consultancy services);
- Opportunities to promote through participation in international events provided upon request by the given enterprise, and according to the availability of matching resources from the Work Together Foundation.

Eligibility:
- Organizations based in or outside Korea that aim to address child poverty and related social issues in developing countries by operating social enterprises or profit-generating arms affiliated with their organizations
