The GET Compass program has been designed to encourage young entrepreneurs and early-stage business owners who are committed to building sustainable ventures. Through this initiative, businesses can secure critical funding that can help them expand operations, improve efficiency, and become more competitive within their sectors.

In addition to financial support, participants will also benefit from a structured learning experience that strengthens their managerial and operational capacities. A compulsory two-week workshop in Lagos ensures that recipients gain practical skills, exposure to industry insights, and strategies to make their enterprises thrive.

Eligibility:
- Business owners must be 18 years of age and above .
- The business must not be more than three years old.
- Must be available to attend a 2-week workshop in Lagos.
- Must be a registered operating business.
- Must show evidence of making the business a going concern.
