Are you a woman entrepreneur or aspiring entrepreneur ready to thrive in the digital economy? The Women in Digital Business (WIDB) Training Program is here to equip you with essential skills, tools, and strategies to digitally transform your business for success.

The program aims to help participants build a strong online presence, learn how to sell and manage business processes digitally, access tailored training, receive formalization support, and join a network of empowered women entrepreneurs across Africa.

This fully-funded program, a collaboration between AM-Steve House, the International Labour Organization (ITC/ILO), and Microsoft philanthropies, is currently recruiting for its fourth pilot.

Eligibility:
- The program is open to women aged 18–60 who are African residents of one of the continent’s 55 countries.
- Applicants must have a valid email and WhatsApp account, and access to a connected computer or smartphone.
- They must be an entrepreneur or aspiring entrepreneur with either an existing business or a business idea they intend to implement within the next six months.
- Preference will be given to non-tech micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and applicants must be fluent in the English language.
