Pfizer and the CanAge are collaborating to offer a new grant opportunity seeking grant proposals for programs to support initiatives that enhance education and collaboration in healthcare, particularly focusing on ageing adults living with rare diseases.

Benefits
- The total available budget for this RFP is $100,000, and individual projects requesting up to $25,000 will be considered.
- The grant amount awarded by Pfizer for any project will depend on the external review panel’s evaluation of the proposal and associated costs, and will be clearly stated in the grant agreement.
Eligibility:
- Only organizations are eligible to receive grants, not individuals or medical practice groups.
- Collaborations within institutions, such as between departments and inter-professional teams, as well as between different institutions, organizations, or associations, are encouraged.
