Africa Impact Fundraising Grant (AIFG) Program

The Africa Impact Fundraising Grant (AIFG) Program is an new initiative by the New Africa Fund, aimed at empowering African NGOs, community-based organizations, and social enterprises to address the pressing need for funding and fundraising expertise.

.

Nonprofits, community-based organisations (CBOs), and social enterprises across Africa can now apply for the Africa Impact Fundraising (AIF) Grant Program by the New Africa Fund. This grant isn’t just cash — it offers fundraising training, a challenge to test your skills, and up to US$ 5,000 in matching funds to boost your organization’s sustainability.

  • Building fundraising capacity through structured training,
  • Offering a real-world 30-day fundraising challenge to practice what you learn,
  • Providing financial backing via a matching fund that rewards performance.

Plus, participating organisations get 12 months of free fiscal sponsorship from the New Africa Fund, helping them manage funds professionally.

.

Top performers are also flown to Kigali, Rwanda, for a week-long intensive workshop on advanced fundraising techniques.
