The Rockefeller Foundation is inviting applications for its Big Bets Fellowship Program to support emerging leaders who are driving bold, systemic solutions to create a prosperous and sustainable future for underserved communities across Africa.

The thematic priorities focus on strengthening regional and international collaboration, expanding decentralized renewable energy access, advancing public health and heat resilience, transforming food systems to improve food security, enhancing markets and trade for greater economic inclusion, and creating enabling conditions for these efforts through artificial intelligence, policy innovation, and improved data access to support African-led solutions.

Travel expenses for the in-person convening will be covered, and selected fellows will receive a stipend of USD 5,000 after signing the Fellowship Agreement.

Eligibility:
- The Big Bets Fellowship seeks applicants with 5 to 15 years of experience driving meaningful impact through professional, entrepreneurial, or community-based work and who demonstrate deep regional engagement, a distinctive perspective on a pressing challenge, and a strong track record of bringing diverse stakeholders together.
