Turn business problems into opportunities by using structured and creative thinking. Communicate in a clear and impactful way that makes your audience take action. Be adaptable and build emotional awareness for working in a team or alone, especially in times of change. Build strong relationships and maintain your well-being at work. Develop your digital tool kit and plan to navigate the modern digital world.

The program offers an interactive learning journey that combines digital courses, virtual-learning events, assignments, and reflection exercises. Participants dedicate about two hours a week over ten weeks, making it manageable alongside professional or personal commitments. The experience culminates in a McKinsey.org Forward digital badge and entry into an exclusive global network of lifelong learners.

Eligibility:
- Forward is open to participants who currently reside on the African continent, have less than five years of total work experience, and have completed at least a high school education or equivalent.
- Applicants must also have prior work experience, which may include internships or apprenticeships, and a good command of English.
- Those in nonprofit or non-managerial roles may still qualify even with more than five years of experience.
