Applications are now open for the 2026 WiSER Pioneers Program, a globally recognized, year-long leadership initiative designed to equip young women with the skills, mentorship, and networks needed to lead the transition to a sustainable future. Now entering its ninth cohort, the program is one of the most influential platforms advancing female leadership in sustainability, energy, and climate action.

Why This Matters for Emerging Leaders:
Since its launch in 2018, the WiSER Pioneers Program has supported more than 150 women from over 30 countries, equipping them with advanced leadership skills and global networks to make measurable impacts in their home communities. Participants have collectively received more than 535 hours of tailored workshops and over 515 hours of one-on-one mentorship, helping them accelerate their careers, launch innovative businesses, and influence sustainability policies.

Alumni of the program are now leading projects across clean energy, technology, community development, and policy, demonstrating how strategic leadership training can drive meaningful change. The program is more than a career accelerator; it is a launchpad for women committed to shaping the future of sustainability.

Benefits
